Chasing Shadows, an indie-rock group from Wales has released their latest single, “Lost.” The first beat of the song bursts through your speakers, making you pay attention. “Lost” is the follow-up to their previous single, “Light up the Sky” and is their third release off EP, “Horizons.”
Chasing Shadows is a modern-day Pop-Rock band
My first instinct when hearing the song start was that this band was a heavy rock band. But as soon as the vocals come into play, the arrangement compliments the sound and it hits all the right cues for an excellent pop-rock song. The sound has a mixture of Arctic Monkeys and Papa Roach, which in my opinion, is a collaboration we needed. And… we just got it, in Chasing Shadows.
“Lost” is a love story… fight me on it
Every great rock song has something in common. They are usually about love. This song is no exception. The lyricism mixed with great vocals sets the stage for this track to become a hit.
