The Introduction
I cannot begin to explain how long I’ve waited to post about the fantastic, Eden XO! She is the artist formerly known by a bunch of other names that don’t matter because she’s Eden XO now. We couldn’t forget to mention that she did open up for Britney Spears during the Femme Fatale tour as Jessie and The Toy Boys, and released some actual bops under that moniker.
The Project
Earlier today, Eden XO announced that she will be releasing a follow-up EP, the first since 2019’s “The Question“. I’m not gonna lie, I was low-key hoping it would be titled “The Answer”, but, no such luck. It is however titled “I Am You” (not to be confused with the Ashlee Simpson album or song “I Am Me”)
The title “I Am You” is giving very self-reflection, and self-awareness vibes. We’re here for it, but then again, we’re here for anything Eden does. I mean realistically, how many people can say that their song was playing during Ariana Grande’s death scene in Scream Queens? I’ll give you a hint, it’s just one!
The Conclusion
The EP is set for release on March 20, 2023, and is available for pre-order now!
