Follow Faith Louise
UK based indie artist Faith Louise has dropped their latest single, “Your Love,” and the high-energy EDM track is perfect for all summer playlists. The heavy-hitting beat paired with the soft and controlled vocals create a similar feeling one gets when they hear Rihanna’s 2011 hit “We Found Love.” “Your Love,” is Louise’s 9th single, and the indie artist making a name for themselves in the Pop/EDM world.
With over 500 thousand streams and a growing fanbase, the Essex native is anything but a “teen pop star” despite that being where you might categorize her in your brain. Not necessarily seeking the fame, but to expand on her artistic talent and abilities, Louise is making music for herself and her fans.
“Your Love for me was about how being in love truly makes you feel. Although many would have experienced bad relationships a lot of us have experienced great ones. This song explains how every element of a person can transform you and make you feel great about yourself, and I really hope people can relate to this.”
After touring with artists like Sophie Ellis-Bexter, TopLoader, Natalie Imbruglia, Heather Small, Sonique and headlining at The Camden Assembly; Louise ensures that she will be an unavoidable force in the industry. It’s exciting to see a new artist emerge with a unique sound and undeniable confidence; those are two key ingredients in the makings of a star.
What made this track stand out to me was it’s infectious chorus; the key hits the ear just right while the beat brings out the desire to get up and dance, or move.. or whatever you like to do. We are really excited to see where Louise takes her music in the future; she shows an insane amount of promise and with more experience comes more calculated art. But for now, if you are a fan of that easy-feeling EDM music, be sure to go follow her on Spotify and her other social platforms to keep up with her career.
“Your Love” is now available on all streaming platforms.
