Sam DickinsonSam Dickinson has dropped his latest single, “Falling,” and the Pop/EDM track is the perfect summer anthem. The UK based artists’ 2019 single “All We Are” was met with radio play and shot him into the spotlight. “Falling” is a single from his upcoming LP, “Collection: The Stories” which is due later this year.

From the masterful production to the space that the track has to let both the lyrics and music breathe; “Falling” is a fun listening experience from start to finish. Dickinson, who is apart of the LGBTQ+ community, brings that influence to his music, and it hits. His voice reminds me of Jake Shears, powerful and controlled. The track doesn’t re-create the wheel, but it finds a new way for the wheel to spin. It’s clear they went into the studio with intent and the hit the mark.

“I have hinted at dance music for a long time and I’m excited to finally celebrate such an amazing genre of music” – Sam Dickinson

Having accumulated over 1 million streams since his 2010 debut, and receiving such praise like “he just keeps getting better and better” from Graham Norton; it’s clear that Sam is a force to be reckoned with. It’s exciting to see such a promising career blossom; this record specifically would be a fan favorite at any Pride or Music festival.

Dickinson has worked with iconic LGBTQ+ figures like RuPauls Manila Luzon, it’s only a matter of time before sam becomes a prominent figure in the music scene.

Falling” is now available on all DSPs; give it a stream below;
